Under the nation consciousness campaign with spiritual consciousness, the historic Maa Umiya temple’s Sky Vihar is taking shape on 1,551 religious pillars. The massive raft casting for this foundation is being poured continuously for 72 hours — from 15th to 17th September 2025. About 24,000 cubic meters (8,57,500 cubic feet) of concrete is being filled, marking the largest religious raft in the world and the first of its kind in India.
The temple project envisions the world’s tallest 504-feet Maa Umiya Temple, rising in Jaspur- Ahmedabad. Spread across 100 acres, Vishwa Umiyadham is being developed with a ₹2,000 crore social fund. Along with the grand temple, it will initiatives for education, employment, health, sports, and cultural empowerment — a marvel that will be regarded as the 9th Wonder of the World.
The historic casting was witnessed by Hon’ble Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Honorable former Deputy Chief Minister Nitinbhai Patel, Honorable Minister Rishikeshbhai Patel, and Honorable Chief Secretary M. K. Dasji, who took the blessings of Maa Umiya and reviewed the temple’s Navnirman work. The event was also graced by film actor Vivek Oberoi, along with trustees, donors, and committee members, making it a truly memorable occasion.
